In May 2019 I started what turned out to be three Journal pages chronicling a flurry of developments related to the UFO, or UAP, subject. (Prior to ceasing active posting and commenting at all social media venues yesterday, I had been gently reminded to now say UAP or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Now I will only be passively monitoring facebook, twitter, and reddit. That is because I have gotten too old to tolerate the disturbances in the playgrounds of social media.)
I will now resume a chronicling of what appears to be the growing emergence of a long-standing but covert extraterrestrial presence, of our efforts studying that (exposure), and of authoritative revelations (like from governmental sources).

Twitter seems to be the gateway for the widest introduction and spreading of relevant breaking news and developments. There is a large and now familiar-to-me group at twitter calling themselves “UFO Twitter”. Facebook seems comatose, and very tribal (thus boring). The subreddit r/UFO seems good and thankfully serious for the most part.
UFO Twitter has limped into the new year with many wounds from loads of intramural fights but still with relationships mostly intact. UFO Twitterites also seem optimistic that there will be positive developments on the exposure and disclosure fronts, and in the next entry here I will recap some key developments that have unfolded the past few months which do give a good basis for optimism.
From one corner of UFO Twitter has come a call for action on February 5th, 4 days after this entry. First, here is an excerpt of their summary and then the link for details:

On February 5th, 2020 we will be using credibly sourced and verified UAP data to engage mainstream journalists, scientists, politicians and celebrities. The aim is not to force ‘disclosure’ or change opinion, the aim is to open up a conversation and to also question exposure.
To raise the question of why such an important topic has been dismissed by so many different global mainstream media outlets is vital. Given that this observed and reported technology is defying the laws of physics (as we currently understand them), we should be seeing this topic on the front page of every newspaper in every country.
We are not seeing that. Currently.
Outreach Project
In these early efforts of such an Outreach Project, the very notion of Alien or UFO should be completely ignored as used terminology when engaging mainstream individuals. Such derogatory terms only serve to reinforce the already conditioned confirmation bias that the individual has, in short, they will use the terminology to turn away from the data regardless of how credible.
Terms such as unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), anonymous aerial vehicles (AAV) or even unidentified aerial vehicles (UAV) should be considered above the term unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and the psychological baggage they bring with them.
This is a long term project that will most probably span the entirety of 2020, however it must be done in stages and sporadically (2 or 4 times per year), otherwise we may find fatigue set in very quickly for both the recipient and UFOtwitter.
Emails, letters and most importantly social media (mainly twitter) will be used as a tool to upload/input data to individuals.
Important to note, spamming must be avoided when targeting individuals. One email alongside one or two tweets that has multiple likes, retweets and comments is much more effective than multiple emails and tweets with only one or two likes and retweets. (Learning from the tweet storm of 2014).
Additionally, UAPdata will only be sourced to official media articles that have occurred in the past 2 years (since Dec, 16th 2017), no mention of anything related to Ufology should be sought (regardless of how credible). Anything outside the remit of data which can’t be verified (especially the implication that the objects are extraterrestrial) should be avoided.”
The above group of persons is taking a conservative approach for what is an initial introductory presentation to people likely conditioned by the long-cultivated atmosphere of ridicule and denial.
As I chronicle developments for the record, I will essentially ignore the dramas, controversies, conflicts, events, conferences, and personalities related to what is called The UFO Community. Instead, when it comes to the exposure efforts, I will focus on the ground being broken by academics, scientists, journalists, independent researchers and investigators and one other “sector”, the people who happen to be the most important in giving us a view of what is going on: the experiencers of direct encounters and interactions with the beings associated with “ufos”.
I will be preparing more educational material that focuses on close encounter of the 3rd and 4th kind cases at my site here. That is still taboo turf but I hope to have concise and helpful notes available as a gateway to broader resources. I feel a lot of people will want to seek out the information on this side of the issue (actually, the heart of it!!).

There is some noting of developments from the last months of 2019 to catch up on. Today I will note a project planned for this year that is being organized by a non-profit in Oregon called UAP Expedition. MJ Banias, writing for Vice on October 31 2019:

UAP eXpeditions is made up of former military officials, Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and academics.
With this summer’s revelation that the US Navy considers UFOs and “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAPs) to be real, a team of venture capitalists, university professors, and military veterans are launching a project to track UFOs off the coast of California.
UAP eXpeditions is a non-profit group based in Oregon that will “field a top-notch group of uber-experienced professionals providing the public service of field testing new UAP related technologies.” With some of the Silicon Valley UFO Hunters, UAP eXpeditions will pioneer the ability to predict, find, observe, and document UAP for study and analysis. They will use “classical observation techniques, by trained observers and scientists, while using the latest experimental technologies—in the right places and the right times,” Kevin Day, the group’s founder and CEO, wrote in a Facebook post viewed by Motherboard.

The above project is an example of the exposure-effort aspect.
A young reporter named Daymond Steer from a small New Hampshire newspaper, the Conway Daily News, has been having visiting presidential candidates go on the record related to the “disclosure” aspect of this subject. Andrew Yang, Senator Mike Bennet, Senator Amy Klobuchar, and Senator Bernie Sanders have so far answered the “ufo question”.

In an interview this week, Amy Klobuchar suggested that she’d be open to revealing government secrets concerning UFOs if she’s elected president.
The subject came up during an interview with the Conway Daily Sun, a New Hampshire daily. Months ago, a reporter with the paper asked Klobuchar about New Hampshire–native David Fravor, the former Navy pilot who first saw the now-infamous “Tic Tac” UFO in 2004.
The Minnesota senator said she would look into the incident, and this week she confirmed that she did. She also signaled an openness to greater government transparency on the issue.
“I think we don’t know enough … I don’t know what’s happened, not just with that sighting, but with others,” she said. “And I think one of the things a president could do is to look into what’s there in terms of what does the science say; what does our military say.
“Here’s the interesting part of that answer is that some of this stuff is really old … So, why can’t you see if you can let some of that out for the public so earnest journalists like you who are trying to get the bottom of the truth would be able to see it?” she asked rhetorically.

Various ingrained battles and controversies continue to distract people on social media related to the ufo subject, and quiet observers interested in this subject who recently have created twitter accounts are noting and complaining of this.
This is why I have focused on having academic institutions hijack this field of study from the hands of the uncredentialed folks.
That effort has had zero results to date. Factoring in the very dismissive and mostly negative responses, from the communities of UC Davis and UC Berkeley, I suspect that the immature avoidance by academics of this subject is not going to change before the unfolding emergence of covertly present advanced alien civilizations reaches the point where that presence becomes clearly and undeniably obvious to everyone.
Our inadequate efforts at exposure and disclosure are apparently based on a lack of psychological readiness and maturity.
So, we are in for a wild ride in the coming years, on this and other fronts.
I am not going to waste my time chronicling much of what is going on with “the ufo community” or with the common issues addressed in the field of study known as “ufology”. Instead, my focus will be on “cosmic pluralism studies”. And, there is a wealth of largely ignored (by ufologists) data to study from the close encounter of the 3rd and 4th kind cases.

Not long after noting here this am that things seem sluggish on the exposure and disclosure fronts (aside from TTSA and UAP Expedition projects), I learn that someone (i dont know who yet) has organized a UFO Disclosure Rally at the White House for July 2 2020:

Looking more closely at this, I see it was announced just 8 or 9 days ago by the gentleman from Tampa identified above. Reading the post from him at his fundraiser page that he has not as yet obtained a permit from the National Park Police. Oh OH. As the only person on the planet to have obtained a permit for a UFO disclosure demonstration at the White House (for the same time of year as is planned for this one), I found I had to apply during the prior year to book the space for that event.
The person organizing this event, as Hollywood producer and disclosure activist Bryce Zabel just noted on twitter, has written “Whitehouse” instead of “White House” in the event announcement title and appears to be amatuerish in the style.
He also noted a lack of transparency so I checked the profile of the organizer. He is cureently running as an independent candidate for Congress from Tampa with a UFO disclosure platform positioned alongside a focus to “Make America Holy Again”. He states he is founder of Christians for First Contact and of the Global Anti Satan Alliance. His campaign Facebook page identifies him also as “Saint
Christopher For Congress”.
The event agenda posted calls for Donald J Trump to disclose UFO secrets. This is not a wise call for action, lol. We do need an actual grownup in the White House for any such disclosure to be credible (d’uh).
On another front, where the battles Donald Keyhoe had fought decades ago to expose a government coverup and the guarded secrets, long-time FOIA applicant John Greenewald today shared his findings after diving deep into the DOD budget in a hunt for a program focused (like AATIP) on “UAPs” and attempting to understand and exploit their observed technoligical capacities.
He thinks he may have found a “program element” that fits the bill:

The History Channel show called Ancient Aliens has already started its new season and now airs on Saturday nights. More and more, they are weaving together ancient lore with contemporary events.

The Executive Summary to the leaked scientific study “Clinical Medical Acute and Subcacute Field Effects on Human Dermal and Neuroligical Tissues” is an addressing of what in the preface of this study is identified as what is evident in the “case literature of anomalous ce3 to 4 events concerning human injury data.” That data, as noted in the preface, is “robust enough so that..the injury patterns are scalable and self consistent and they can permit reasonable descriptions as to cause and effect, bandwidth of injuries…”

Due to aging, and declining health and vitality, work will be limited to adding new material to this site in a slow fashion and, as of now, ceasing active participation on social media platforms in favor of creative advertising in newspapers of this site as a class. This advertising will also entail advocacy encouraging the adoption of this subject by major academic insitutions. I will only passively monitor social media for news and developments at this point. That includes “welfare checks” on the residents of #ufotwitter. Seeing how a focus on this subject is affecting people is also an important element of this study, and I have a seperate page here that addresses issues on that front, here:

For most of this year, not too much new ground is expected to be broken in the way of exposure and disclosure efforts. That is because the bulk of societal attention and energy will be on the 2020 election and acutely disruptive events like the Coronavirus pandemic and a decaying American government and culture. But, these extremely negative factors may be a spur that accelerates the emergence of advanced alien civilizations more into our common awareness.

In November, this group plans to be anchored off San Clemente Island on a boat with retired Navy personnel and scientists who will use various devices to detect “UAPs”.

Last night my husband and I stepped onto the porch for a cigarette, I believe it was sometime between 9-10pm. I saw a bright flash and then a light blazing across the sky, it looked like what I would assume a meteor breaking into Earth’s atmosphere looks like. I saw another small shooting star very close in proximity to the light stream. At this point I assumed it was a meteor or something and continued our conversation.
As we were discussing the moon’s position and the gravitational pull, we gazed up and saw a very bright light, much brighter than any star, moving up and down and it did a small circle. It appeared to move closer to earth, then it would go further away. It was moving considerable distance, extremely visible when comparing to location of surrounding stars. My husband ran off the porch, I followed. He noticed a formation of 5 lights, in a triangle shape over to the east side of the sky. Each light seemed to be moving independently, moving very little, but maintaining formation.
We turned our attention back to the singular bright light, as it appeared to change from it’s original blue color to a flash of red, shooting small bits of light from it. On the western horizon, two crafts appeared, flashing very quickly and brightly. They flew together at the same speed(which was extremely fast), then slowed, and again flew very quickly. These two flew directly in the path of the singular craft, then crossed the sky to the second formation of crafts.
At this point I became uneasy, realizing that there was an army of crafts flying above us, and unsure of their intentions. I went inside and begged my husband to follow. We were both in shock and trying to process what we just witnessed. When I came in I looked at the clock and found that nearly 3 hours had passed by, feeling like minutes. A few minutes later he stepped back out, and called for me to come. The singular light had now traversed almost completely across the horizon, and was sinking low, right around Mt. Konocti. It was unbelievable. I have been searching for other reports of this activity, as it was extremely visible and bright on a clear calm night.

I watched a bright green glowing cylinder, flying horizontally, parallel to the ground, moving at a steady, brisk pace (75-100mph?), in a direct line from West to East. It was maybe 100-200 feet up, about 10-20 feet long and 2 feet across. After about 8 seconds it just disappeared without falling or flaring, well before hitting the horizon or going behind anything that would have taken it out of my line of sight. It made no sound that could be heard from my location. There was no trail or exhaust that I could see. No rotors, no wings, no discernible features protruding from the cylinder.
It was a sunny afternoon, with just a few, very high wispy clouds that did not obscure observation of the object. There was no wind at ground level. The clouds were moving from Southwest to Northeast, not the same direction as the object.

I was out running[in S.F.] some errands and was walking towards a local supermarket to get some food and then head home. As I was walking down this street, I saw in the corner of my eye and up in the sky, what seemed to be quite a large or circle. It was way larger than a star and at 1st, I thought of the possibility of it being the planet Venus, since it does come close to our planet around this time and is visible, however out of curiosity I decided to sit there and observe it and the 1st odd thing I noticed was how it had some sort of glowing iridescence from its upper right side.
As I kept watching, I noticed these weird “spikes” came out of it and they would pop in out of it. The color of these spikes was like light colored except for some spikes that were yellowish. I saw a passenger plane fly underneath it, although in reference, it was obvious that this UFO was at a much higher altitude.
I pulled out my phone-camera and held it in my hands so that it be completely still and as I was doing this, from my eyesight(which is 20/20), this thing seemed stationary, yet when applied the infinite zoom on my phone, this thing came on my screen that was whizzing around in circles…it was very odd. I was right the grocery store and went and finished my shopping and when I came out the grocery it was still there but had moved a little to the northwest.
I dropped off my groceries and tried to relax from a weird excitement I felt and decided to go back out see if I could spot it again. I went up a couple blocks and looked up and at 1st I saw a constellation of stars and then to the left of those stars I saw this thing again with those weird spikes and you could see how much bigger it looked in reference to the stars nearby, except this time, it was mobile and was circling in weave type patterns.

On Saturday night 2/08/2020 at 11:30 pm in the city of Sacramento, CA. while letting my dog out before going to bed, I spotted A flying object displaying three lights. The white lights were in a triangle, blinking at about one second intervals with two lights leading and one trailing. There were no red or green position lights on the craft and no sound. It came in from the northeast of my position made A left turn of about 270 degrees and continued its flight north. From my position in the southern part of Sacramento I could not make out any structural outline but I felt it was around 1500 to 2000 feet above the ground. It made its turn about over the executive airport in Southern Sacramento.
I am a aircraft mechanic and am very interested in all makes and models of flying machines and have never seen anything like the display I witnessed on that night and thought it should be reported.

Blogger Mike Damante was at Rice University yesterday where he spoke and visited with Jeffrey Kripal (professor tbere). And, he had some big news on the exposure front (our efforts to investigate, research and analyze):
“For over the past year, student archivists at Rice University in Houston have been compiling, digitizing, transcribing and organizing massive archives from the works of Jacques Vallee, Whitey Strieber, Ed May (physicist contracted by CIA during Stargate program) ,Richard Haines (ex-NASA scientist), and Larry Bryant. Ultimately, the goal is to have the archives processed and ready for public viewing/ access to researchers by October, which is when the university will host “Opening The Archives Of The Impossible” paranormal conference from Oct.28-Nov.2 that will include guests like Vallee, Strieber, Diana Pasulka, and others.”

All the 60 million residing in Italy have been placed on “lockdown” today as the death toll from the COLVID-19 virus dramatically rises there. This am a former Trump homeland security director wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post and asserted that in the U. S hospitals were about 10 days from being “slammed” and all of us facing similiar restrictive conditions.
This crisis probably depletes for now any serious attention and energy directed towards efforts encouraging disclosure. Besides, the targets for such efforts—journalists, Congress, the DOD, academics, etc—will obviously will be tuned to other channels (covering acutely serious disruptions to the human order).
At the same time, expect more exploitation of the eager and enthusiastic consumers of all things ufo related by “experts” on a government coverup and contactee cult leaders, who have to keep a steady pace of feeding everyone with fresh and exciting material.

Am way behind in journaling key developments….such as the debut of the Skinwalker Ranch episodes on the History Channel. Monday evening 10pm in the Vicinity of International Speedway Blvd and N Nova Rd I’m former US Coast Guard and served at Otis AFB and also I’m a certified Raytheon 64 X band radar tech – what I saw was NOT a drone, helicopter or jet I’m also located 1/2 mile from Daytona International Airport and contacted the Control Tower and FAA the following morning At appx 10pm on Monday April 6 – while attempting to located Comet Atlas – I observed 9 circular white craft in a V formation – all identical – flying LOW in altitude – from a southern direction and moving northeast towards Ormond beach – this formation of white orb craft flew DIRECTLY over the roof of my house in a perfect V formation and I could see that this was NOT a solid craft but composed of 9 individual craft – as I witnessed the lower 3rd and 4th craft of the left side of V formation waver in place slightly — as they passed over my home they flew in a flight path directly under the Big Dipper which was also directly over my home at the time they were completely silent and moving FAST Also with almost a full moon in the clear sky this evening – the size of this V formation was about 3/4 of the size of the moon at this time I did contact tower control at Daytona Intl airport the next morning which did review the radar recordings and indicated nothing was picked up on radar – and I also notified the FAA as we under curfew and lockdown due to the CV-19 pandemic This was unlike ANYTHING I had ever seen.

I got up just before the sunrise it was still dark outside. stepped outside on the Pacific ocean facing balcony (5th floor) to witness a ufo procession. One by one they dropped down from one spot up high out over the pacific ocean and in a perfect line evenly spaced apart they glided inland towards SF airport, I counted 20+ solid white orbs, they were very high up not to interfere with air traffic. It really felt like a they wanted to be seen. After standing there for 2- 3 minutes, i ran back inside and woke up my partner to come see, she did so and we witnessed the last 7 or so orbs glide over our building out of view. This has been my 4th sighting since I moved here in 2018.

I was out side with my three friends they were in the car I was looking into the sky when outta no where a light zoomed in quickly and than disappeared . Not but a minute later the same light from the same dictation another zoomed in but this one stayed it seemed to go up and down going in to view and outta view in the clouds . Than it paused in midair and turn off it’s light witch was just a bright white light and than the light came on but got brighter than it ever was before than it disappeared the same Direction it came from all in what seemed like a minute time frame. I’ve seen many things but never before like this.

Duration:Loud plane flying over, I looked up and saw the plane which was normal looking and then 2 very large bright lights glowing with 5 to 6 small red lights below the large bright lights. It was hovering below air space and not moving when I saw it and as the small plane flew over it.
Went back to apt to get phone to take a picture and it was gone.

When a Mendocino County online news service called The Mendocino Voice posted on Facebook late in the afternoon of April 16 a shout-out for information and photos related to sighting reports of “bright lights” in the region, some witnesses suspecting drones with others noting features making that unlikely, they received replies with reports and photos of sightings happening just in the last couple of days from various locales in the county and one from neighboring Lake County.
Some of the replies shared sightings of Elon Musk’s SpaceX Starlink satellites. Most people were aware that is what they saw.
But, reports and photos not involving the Starlink satellites came from people posting replies from their locales, including Anderson Valley, south Ukiah, Laytonville and one from Lake County to the east.
The Mendocino Voice asked for alot of details in the original post and when people replied with sighting-reports—and photos in most cases!—he followed up with questions to flesh out various details.
The original inquiry was spurred by “at least 2 reliable sources [who] corroborated the report of a different set of lights, lower and stationary and red, possibly drones, flying over Potter Valley”. It was noted that “some say they look like drones, others report them from higher up”.
One young woman from the south end of Ukiah replied with her story of sighting something strange during the evening of April 14. She shared a dim photo of 4 lights seemingly positioned on the edge of perhaps a single craft:
“So I might just blow it up with some pictures [she posted one]. I was outside 2 nights ago [and] heard a strange sound. I looked up and light was coming toward us. I was going to go live [she’s probably referring to Facebook live video] because it was in a sort of weird shape and the light was changing colors but I took pictures instead..I don’t know why the colors don’t show, but here’s the picture. It stopped and hovered and its lights dimmed and disappeared. It was traveling north and when it disappeared, it went straight up as the light disappeared…”
